Realtek alc3246 linux driver#

Could I be missing some sort of driver or codec? I installed the Nvidia driver from Nvidia, couldn't get things working with RPMFusion. None of the HDMI options are listed there. When I go into Settings - Multimedia - Advanced - Built-In Audio Profile, all I have are Analog Stereo Input, Analog Stereo Output and Analog Stereo Duplex. I just switched back to Fedora today and now I can't change my audio output to my HDMI monitor (with stereo connected to it). I've been using Neon, it's a KDE distro based on Ubuntu.
